Jenny Portillo was born in Washington, DC and spent most of her life in the Washington DC area. She has worked with a chiropractor in Maryland. Her family relation to El Salvador, made the country a natural fit for the first Spinal Missions trip. As the Co-Founder of Spinal Missions , Jenny hold the position of Administrative Director. She is critical in the coordination and logistics while in El Salvador.
